Prime Solutions 4 Business - (PS4B)
Problem
The website was out of date and did not position PS4B appropriately to its target audience. There was also a need to engage with both customers regularly and to attract new clients. There was no spare resource to address marketing in-house and it was decided that professional marketing input was required to focus on their objectives.
Solution
Activ-STEP completed a marketing planning exercises and undertook a review of regional competitors. This work helped to set the goals for the marketing activities, defined the target audience and developed the key messages to be communicated. The website was redesigned to present a professional image. The site was optimised to improve organic search engine listings and additional content was developed for the Knowledge pages to underpin PS4B as experts in their field. A 6month email campaign was delivered to engage existing customers and attract new clients.
