All powerful information to measure the success of your campaign and to aid your follow up calls! The results are accessed by logging into a real-time report accessed via the Activ-STEP website. The report provides a campaign snapshot showing number of opens, unsubscribe & bounces. You can then drill down to see full details. All information is displayed in an easy to read format as below.
Manage your recipients: We will help you to upload your initial list of recipients. Data can be taken from outlook, Act! Excel, Word or many other database formats. You can have multiple lists to suit different purposes. For example, Customers, Prospects, Course Attendees etc. You can add to your list manually via a simple input screen or we can also help you to add subscribers automatically from your website. Our reports let you easily keep track of how your list is growing over time. This report includes new subscribers, this that you have deleted manually, those that have unsubscribed or bounced ‘ie no longer valid.
Getting Started:
Template Design; a professional template will be designed in keeping with your companies brand identity and coded ready for use. You can then choose from 3 services ‘mange your own’ or ‘Help me send it’ or receive a ‘fully managed service’.
Service 1: Manage Your Own: As the name of this service suggests, you will be provided the facility to manage your own email campaigns. Activ-STEP will design your template and load it into your own online account where you will then be able to upload your recipients, add your content (copy and images), send your campaign and review the results. You can send campaigns as often as you wish, paying only when you use the service. Call for further details.
Service 2: Help Me Send It: In addition to designing your template and loading it into your own online account, we will help you add your recipient list and manage additions and deletions on a monthly basis, add your copy and send the campaign on your behalf.
Service 3: Fully Managed: With our marketing expertise we will help you plan and implement every aspect of your campaign. We will provide advice on types of mail to best meet your objectives (newsletter, promotions, e-flyers and much more), structure a campaign in terms of frequency, messages, scheduling and consideration of other complementary marketing activity. We will write professional copy to communicate your messages effectively with the target audience and implement links to content on your website. We will manage your subscriber list and will send your campaign at the time and frequency agreed. Full online reports in real time will be provided and we can also send summary reports to stake holders via email if required.
