- Next we outline the work required, making it clear what will be delivered and by when
- We then agree the work program and terms
- The work is then delivered with the involvement of your management as required
- Regular reports on progress of the project will be given throughout the assignment
- You will be presented with a high quality detailed report and presentation on completion
- We would request that you provide feedback so that services can be further enhanced for future customers
Pricing terms are by agreement with each client. We are prepared to work on the basis of:
- Overall project price with all cost agreed up front for longer term projects
- Retained basis where ongoing support is required
- Day rates or hourly rates for shorter work
